I called Kasper Electric at 9am, they were here by 11:30am, and by 12:30pm they were done!We had thrown a breaker and didn’t have power in one of our rooms. Ryan was professional, knowledgeable, and after fixing our initial problem….. helped figure out the “mystery switch” in our living room. Thank you!! Highly recommend!!!

Jennifer was amazing getting us scheduled. Grandson was coming to visit…the bathroom exhaust switch cover broke exposing wires. We were scheduled for 2 days but when I mentioned the grandson visiting she managed to send Joe so the repair was made. Joe was great as well! Very happy!

I was very impressed with Joe Redinger’s work. He was extremely knowledgeable, fair, professional, efficient and polite—even took off his boots when he came in the door without my asking. While working, he answered the many questions I had about wiring various items around my home. He easily fixed the wiring issue and installed a new fan which was missing some very specific screws (I had previously misplaced in attempting to install it myself). What could have been a disaster, was no problem for Joe. He had the necessary parts in his truck and he fixed the dimmer switch so it functioned properly with the remote and switch. Ten out of ten would recommend!

I had a great experience with Kasper! When I called to make the appointment the office staff was super kind. The day of my appointment the technician Jimmy showed up right on time. He changed my dining room chandelier, took down a kitchen light fixture, switched out a bedroom fan, changed 4 light bulbs on a high ceiling, and put a bulb in the laundry room fixture in only two and a half hours. He was friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He made helpful suggestions about bulbs and a dimmer switch for my dining room. I would definitely recommend you use Kasper for your electrical needs. Thank you:)

I would like to share the experience with Kasper Electrical Company with all of my neighbors.When you call the office, you are greeted by a lovely woman eager to please, understanding of the urgency, and willing to juggle the schedule to accommodate your needs. Without a prior reservation, they were able to fit us in at 3:00. I received the text from them that the tech was on the way at 3:15 and he arrived 20 minutes later. He was courteous, polite, very knowledgeable, and willing to service the needs of our household. As we marched through the house, he examined all of the issues and after each and every "job" he said: "If I complete this job, your bill will be..."He completed the work in fast and economical time, testing each job with me and explaining to me the reasons why it did not work before. He was more than willing to add anything that I needed and at 68 with a bad back, I was most appreciative. His pricing was exactly as quoted, with no hidden agendas or surprises.The rating scale only goes to 5 stars, I would give them 10 stars for the quality of the work, promptness, and customer service. Without hesitation of reservation, I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a fair and honest price.Over and over again, I keep calling them to complete work. To date, they have never disappointed me....continued polite and courteous service coupled with the same eagerness to please. This was one of the best, if not the best services engagement I've had in a long time. I booked the appointment a week in advance so I could have my Tesla 220 amp charger installed. Steve, the electrician showed up exactly when they said he would. He was gracious, patient and understanding right from the start. Steve did a wonderful job installing the hookup for our generator. He was efficient and knowledgeable. When he was finished, he thoroughly explained the process for connecting/disconnecting the generator and made sure we felt comfortable. This was my first time using Kasper Electrical. Michele gave me an estimate over the phone and it turned out to be accurate and exact. I appreciate the honesty and follow through- no unreasonable add ons- after the fact. Kasper is now in my contact list and thanks to Kevin they will be my “go to” for any electrical issues from now on. Kevin was right on time. He was professional and responsive and sweet. The circumstances on my job called for some critical thinking and improvisation, before coming, and he was successful in both aspects! He knew what he was doing and seemed intent on doing it well. I bought an old bungalow a year ago and have had Kasper do all of my electrical wiring to upgrade the place built in 1956. I was pleasantly surprised that not only were they able to see me the same day but within 1 hour of my call, Jimmy was at my front door! He was friendly, quickly diagnosed the problem, throughly explained everything & finished the job in less than 30 minutes. We recently had electrical problems with out pool pump and other gremlins with our indoor / outdoor electrical. We called Kasper Electrical and were scheduled with no issues, received timely email reminder and a TEXT message with the person coming on-site including short bio/picture. I booked an appointment for an estimate and took time off work to wait for the company to come out. After a few hours passed with no one arriving I called them. They said the worker got stuck at another job. Then they did not reschedule or apologize for not showing up.Update: After posting this review the company made every effort to correct this issue immediately. They came out and fixed the electrical issue and apologized for not handling the situation better initially.

Steve Perez is a thorough and highly competent electrician who works for Kasper Electric of Lake Park and Miramar, FL, and made repairs and upgrades today at our home. Jimmy Wagner did a great job. He came upon a complex situation when installing my outdoor carriage lights but he came up with several options, explaining the benefits of each and the complexities of each. I chose the option and he did an excellent job installing the lights. They look fantastic. And I really appreciate how he cleaned everything up. It was like he was never here. I've used Kasper many times and I've never been disappointed. I've also referred them on several occasions without any reservations.

On Monday (12/10/18) morning I asked Siri to search for an electrician near me. He/she/it reccomended a couple near by, so by chance, I selected Kasper Electric in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. So happy that I did. Michelle took my call, she was very delightful and helpful in every way. By 1pm the next day Steve P., their electrician was at my door. His truck had great looking graphics and he was dressed very professionally. So I already had a very good feeling about their company. I had an antique chandelier that I wanted hung in the kitchen over the dinning room table. He assessed the situation in minutes and was ready to go, that's when I told him I had to leave by 4:30. He said "no problem" and got right to work. Throughout the process he was very informative about everything. Once he had the location measured out, he asked for my approval which was very much appreciated. By 4pm he was done with everything including a really great clean up job. The installation was absolutely perfect and the light looks amazing. Especially since it was a surprise Christmas present for my wife, I could not have been happier, nor could she when she got home from work to see it. She was thrilled.I highly recommend Kasper Electric Company. My experience with them was very much appreciated in every way. In fact, I called them again today to schedule Steve P. to come back next week for another project!!!

Joe Redinger was our electrician, hired to replace our chandelier with a new one. Joe did excellent work, assembling the chandelier, hanging it at the correct height, and testing to be sure all 6 bulbs worked properly. Dear Kasper,I have been meaning for the longest time to thank you for your service. Your electrician solved my problems completely. In very little time at all, he metered my incoming current and found I had lost a ground. He was sure that was the source of my problem and he was right. I called FPL who sent out a truck the next day. The power lines had been overgrown by oak trees and palms. They fixed the problem and I haven’t had a flicker since. Other electricians estimated around $800 for the job and never even mentioned this as a possibility. I cannot thank you enough!

I want to say how wonderful and professional Kasper Electric was in the service they provided to Oceanview United Methodist Church here in Juno Beach Florida. There professionalism from Peggy the scheduler to Steve in the office was spectacular. The electrician Frank Lomas they sent to us was nothing less than outstanding. His ability to work out our Sanctuary lighting problems along with upgrading our outdated system to newer lighting codes was exceptional. His friendly supportive manner was refreshing and the final product was perfect in all aspects, exceeding our expectations. When the job took more hardware and time than expected to complete, we contacted Steve and understood that the initial bid might be adjusted, his response was "We stand by our bids so the initial cost remains the same". This business philosophy is sorely missing in today's commercial support world. We here at Oceanview would immediately recommend Kasper Electric to anyone needing excellent electrical support. Awesome company! I needed two new bathroom vanity lights installed as well as new outlets put in multiple rooms of the house. Today, I had (2) fine gentlemen from Kasper Electrical come to my home to upgrade my 100 amp electrical service. Bill & Joey showed up on time , had all necessary materials & tools to proceed with service change. Power was secured shortly after 9AM, (4) new copper feed cables had to thru PVC Conduit under the slab, replaced compromised Aluminum cables from original construction, then cut out drywall to fit in new Homeline Square-D Panel, then making all connections to the new circuit breakers, it all well swimmingly smooth, and my power was back on by 12:30 PM they rang all circuits out and labeled accordingly, did a thorough clean up and were outta there shortly 1:30pm. I could'nt be happier. I would recommend this company, Kasper Electrical to all who need any electrical work in there home. top shelf in my book, "thumbs up" to a job well done !......Regards Mike D.

I am a first time home buyer. I wanted to make some changes minor at first and then later some major installs. I was very nervous looking at contracting a company to do it for natural reasons. Kasper electrical at first was kind of shaky with the communications at the beginning just to be able to get a quote. Once I was able to get that squared away with them everything from that point on made up for that issue. Jim and Joey was great, they made sure they understood my vision on what I wanted accomplished and stayed in constant communications to ensure I was happy. End result the job was done great and the added bonus they set me up so that future jobs will be done a lot easier saving me time and money (because contractors are paid by the hour) in the future.

Kasper Electric re-wired my whole house. The took a fire hazard and turned it into High Tech Show Piece. I couldn't be more happy with the job that they had done. From the Staff to the Owner everyone made me feel that I was their number 1 priority. Thanks Again Kasper Electric.
